There is a phenomenon of blue smoke in the Generator Set, indicating that the engine is burning oil. There are three main reasons for this phenomenon:
 
First, the piston ring goes to the opposite end, and the oil enters the cylinder;
 
The second is the oil level of the oil filter, which exceeds the height of the ring groove;
 
Third, the gap between the conduit and the valve stem is too large. The method of elimination is to adjust the piston ring of the opposite end, so that the opening of the piston ring is offset by 120 degrees or 180 degrees at a certain angle, the ring opening should leave the piston pin hole and the side pressure is larger; the air filter oil If the oil level of the disc exceeds the height of the ring groove, the oil level should be lower than the height of the ring groove; if the gap between the pipe and the valve stem is too large, replace the parts, recombine, and reduce the gap so that the gap between the two is 0.05. -0.12 mm
