Maintenance method of Diesel Generator Sets
1. Change oil, diesel, bypass, water filter, oil and engine circulating water. 2. Clean or replace the air filter. 3. Disassemble the rocker cover and check the valve guide and T-plate. 4. Check and adjust the valve clearance. 5. Replace the upper and lower pads of the rocker arm room. 6. Check the fan and bracket and adjust the belt. 7. Check the supercharger. 8. Check the electrical circuit of the diesel Generator Set. 9. Check the circuit of the excitation part of the motor. 10. Check the connection line inside the instrument box. 11. Check the water tank and external cleaning. 12. Repair or replace the pump. 13. Dismantle the wear of the main shaft and connecting rod of the cylinder. 14. Check or adjust the electronic speed regulation working condition. 15. Inject the grease into the lubrication point of the diesel Generator set. 16. Align the excitation part of the diesel generator set for dust removal. 17. Check the axial and radial clearance of the supercharger. If the deviation is excessive, it should be repaired in time. 18.
