Preparation before starting the Diesel Generator Set
1. Check the oil level of the lubricating oil, the liquid level of the coolant, and the amount of fuel;
2. Check the oil supply, lubrication, cooling and other systems of the diesel engine for leaks and leaks in the pipelines and joints; 3. Check the electrical circuit for potential leakage of electricity such as broken skin, whether the grounding line electrical circuit is loose, and whether the connection between the unit and the foundation is firm; 4. If the ambient temperature is below zero, a certain proportion of antifreeze must be added to the radiator; 5. The diesel Generator Set starts up again after the first start or stop. It should first press the pump to drain the air in the fuel system.
Start Up:
1. After closing the insurance in the control box, press the start button and press the button for 3~5s. If the startup is unsuccessful, wait for about 20s to start again. If the startup is unsuccessful, the startup operation should be stopped, and the fault factor such as the battery voltage or the oil circuit should be eliminated, and then restarted; 2. Several oil pressures should be observed during start-up. If the oil pressure is not displayed or is low, stop it immediately.
Run:
1. After the unit is started, check the parameters of the control box module; oil pressure, water temperature, voltage, frequency, etc.; 2. Under normal circumstances, the speed of the unit directly reaches the rated speed after starting the unit; for units with idle speed requirements, the idle time is generally 3~5min, and the idle time is not too long, otherwise the Generator related components may be burnt out; 3. Check the leakage of the oil circuit, waterway and electrical appliances of the unit; 4. Check the fastening of each joint of the unit to see if there is looseness or severe vibration; 5. Observe whether the various protection and monitoring devices of the unit are normal; 6. When the speed reaches the rated speed, after the parameters of the no-load operation are stabilized, the power is turned on; 7. Check whether the parameters of the control panel are within the allowable range, check the vibration of the unit again, and whether there are three leaks and other faults; 8. It is strictly forbidden to overload when the unit is running.
Normal shutdown: It must be opened before stopping, and it should be stopped after 3~5min after general unloading.
Emergency stop:
1. When an abnormal situation occurs in the operation of the generator set, it must be stopped immediately; 2. During an emergency stop, press the emergency stop button or quickly push the fuel pump stop control handle to the parking position.
Maintenance matters:
1. Diesel filter replacement time is 300H; air filter replacement time is every 400H; oil filter first replacement time is 50H, and later is 250H. 2. The first replacement time of the oil is 50H, and the normal replacement time of the oil is 250H every time.
Operating procedure
1. Before starting, check whether the fuel tank is full or not, and there is no oil leakage at each oil pipe and joint; whether the cooling system water is sufficient, clean, no leakage, and whether the fan belt is tight. Check that the internal combustion engine and the generator transmission part should be connected reliably, the wire of the output line is well insulated, and the instruments are complete and effective. 2. After starting, run at low speed for 3 to 5 minutes, and wait until the temperature and oil pressure roller are normal before starting work. The generator should have no abnormal sound during the speed increase, and the brush on the slip ring and the commutator should have good contact, no jumping and sparking. After the operation is stable, the frequency and voltage reach the rated value before the power can be supplied. 3. When abnormal noise, odor, sharp rise in water temperature, and sharp drop in oil pressure occur during operation, stop the machine immediately and check for trouble. 4. The Generator Power factor must not exceed the late phase (hysteresis) of 0.95. The frequency value must not vary by more than 0.5HZ. 5. Before stopping, first cut off the main switch of each power supply branch, gradually reduce the load, then cut off the generator main switch, return the field varistor to the maximum value of the resistor, reduce the voltage to the lowest value, and then cut off the excitation switch and The grounding switch is used to stop the internal combustion engine.
