Pay special attention to the oil seal at the front and rear end of the crankshaft. The front end of the crankshaft is damaged by rupture, aging or wear on the contact surface between the crankshaft pulley and the oil seal, which may cause oil leakage at the front end of the crankshaft. The oil seal at the rear end of the crankshaft is broken or the oil return hole of the rear main bearing cap is too small, and the oil return is blocked, which may cause oil leakage at the rear end of the crankshaft. Also pay attention to whether the oil seal at the rear end of the camshaft leaks oil. Oil seal aging, cracking and oil leakage should be replaced in time. In addition, check the engine lubrication system for leaks.
Second, if the oil seals before and after the oil seal
Even the front and rear cylinder head cover, front and rear valve lifter room, oil filter, oil pan gasket and other organic oil seepage, but can not find obvious oil leakage, should check the crankcase ventilation device, clean the crankshaft Box ventilation ducts, especially if the PCV valve is checked for poor operation due to carbon deposits and stuck stuck. If the crankcase is poorly ventilated, it is likely to cause the pressure in the crankcase to rise, resulting in multiple oil leakage.
3. If the oil filter and some oil pipeline joints are tightened or oil leakage, check whether the oil pressure is too high and the oil pressure limiting valve is not working properly.
