1. Quadrupole brushless self-exciting, anti-drip structure (IP22). H insulation provides protection for the
Generator to operate in harsh environments.
2. The stator is wound at 2/3 pitch, which can effectively suppress the waveform distortion of the output voltage and reduce the magnetic heating.
3. The rotor is dynamically balanced before assembly, and the perfect damper winding helps reduce the amount of heat that is not biased under constant load.
4. The output power of the exciter rotor is output to the active rotor through a three-phase full-wave bridge rectifier, which is protected by a surge suppressor to avoid losses caused by shocks such as short-circuit or parallel phase steps.
5. An automatic voltage regulator (AVR) protects the engine from the automatic load shedding characteristics. Allows full load to be applied to the generator at one time, with a steady-state voltage regulation of ±0.5% or ±1%.
6. According to the user's needs, the permanent magnet generator (PMG) can be configured. The PMG supplies power to the exciter through the AVR and outputs a constant excitation power independent of the generator output power, thereby greatly improving the strong excitation capability of the generator.
