1.
Diesel Generator sets use hard water for a long time, and a large amount of scale is formed in the water tank and the waterway, resulting in poor heat dissipation.
Second, the impurities in the water channel of the body and the cylinder head are deposited too much, so that the water circulation is not smooth, causing poor heat dissipation.
Third, severely burned the engine oil, resulting in excessive carbon deposition and poor heat dissipation.
Fourth, improper use of the operation. Start the diesel engine should first use the small and medium throttle to warm up for a period of time, can not suddenly increase the throttle, and increase the load, otherwise the diesel engine will work rough and the temperature will increase sharply. Or if the diesel engine is overloaded for a long time, it will also cause the diesel engine temperature to be too high.
5. The diesel engine is overheated due to the late supply of oil.
6. Immediately after the repair, the whole load should be put into operation, causing the moving parts to overheat or jamming due to the small gap.
7. The cooling water is insufficient, causing the diesel engine to overheat.
