Safety measures of Diesel Generator

1. The center point of the mobile Generator is directly grounded, and the grounding resistance is not more than 4 ohms. The metal housing and base of the generator have a reliable electrical connection to the grounding device.
2, the exhaust pipe should use a large enough sleeve to prevent the combustion pipe up to the ignition temperature in any operating situation caused by the burning of nearby flammable materials. Take out the outdoor exhaust ducts and the adjacent buildings or nearby flammable materials should be at a sufficient distance to avoid the ignition temperature in any operating conditions and cause a fire.
3. The exhaust port should prevent rainwater from flowing into the exhaust pipe during the summer.
4. Keep away from hot exhaustion and avoid contact with hot oil, heat, hot surfaces and sharp corners.
5, keep hands, feet, ground clean, no oil, water, antifreeze or other liquids, so as not to reduce the possibility of slipping.
6. Any part of the body or uninsulated conductors shall not touch the dotted parts of the unit, connecting cables and wires.
7. Maintain electrical wiring, including good condition of battery terminals or other terminals. Replace any wiring that has cracks, scratches, or worn and corroded terminals. Keep all terminals clean and secure.
8. Grounded conductive objects, such as tools, should be kept away from exposed live parts, such as terminals, to prevent arcing from becoming a fire.
9. Stop or disconnect the power supply of the charger before disconnecting or turning on the battery. Disconnect the “grounding wire” (negative electrode) when repairing or cleaning the battery. Hazard cards are hung on the battery terminals to prevent accidental reconnection.
10. If the fuel tank or pipeline is damaged, it should be replaced immediately, and no attempt is made to use welding or other repair methods. When fuel is known, no fuel can be stored or an attempt is made to start the generator.
