The flame preheating starter generally consists of an electronic controller, a solenoid valve, a temperature sensor, a flame glow plug, and a fuel pipe and a wire. The working process of the device is to heat the glow plug to 850-950 ° C and then turn on the starter, the solenoid valve automatically opens the oil circuit, supplies oil to the glow plug through the fuel pipe, and performs flame warm-up start.

Filling cold starter

The cold starter fluid is an auxiliary starter fuel (composed of ether, low-volatile hydrocarbons and low-condensation point oil with additives), and the addition of low-condensation point oil with additives improves the lubrication of the cylinder wall. , to achieve the purpose of the start. When this startup mode is selected to start, the starting fluid with good atomization condition should be selected, and the injection time, injection position and injection amount should be controlled.
